Situated in the lively city of Centennial lies a neighborhood thriving with activities, excellent schools, and an incredible golf course. Adjacent to South Suburban Golf Course, one on the finest public golf courses in the state,  Heritage Greens is located just 10 minutes to Denver Tech Center, 25 minutes to Downtown Denver, 45 minutes to Denver International Airport, and 10 minutes to the new Southeast Light-Rail. Heritage Greens is located in the southern Denver Metropolitan area, specifically in the City of Centennial, Colorado’s newest city.   Situated entirely within Arapahoe County and forming part of the Denver-Aurora Metropolitan Area, the city of Centennial was founded in 2001. The current population totals over 103,000. The community derives it’s name from Colorado’s nickname “the Centennial State” for it’s being admitted into the union in 1876. The median age of Centennial is 37.2 years in comparison to 35.3 years, the national average. At an elevation of 5883 ft, the city is approximately composed of 87.4% White, 4.8% Hispanic/Latino, 3.6% Asian, 2.4% African American, and .8% from other races. The city of Centennial is also home to the Southglenn Mall, which will soon offer a variety of shops, boutiques, and tasty restaurants.
