Dear John,

It has been almost ten months since we moved into our new home in Broomfield. Now that the stress and anxiety of moving to a new state has subsided, we now realize how difficult it was to get our family of five back into some sort of normalcy. Finding a home suitable for our family’s needs while meeting a strict budget was no small task. We want to again thank you for putting your professional experience to work for us and your personal sacrifice to our changing desires.

Moving to a new area brought many difficult decisions. Besides simply finding an affordable home, you helped us focus on that which was most important, schools and community. We could not be happier with both. Our eldest son Ethan is in Kindergarten and has blossomed. Our middle son Zachary is in Preschool and our youngest daughter Isabel will be starting Preschool next year. We have many excellent choices here.

Our neighborhood is filled with families just like ours and we have become close to many. There are many activities to participate and facilities available to us that help our children grow. My wife is also pleased with the many friendships she has built in our community. I am pleased that we have invested in the right things thanks to your help.
